摘要

以某100MW槽式光热电站为背景,改进施工工序、研制安装工艺,进行管道组装、焊接和试压吹扫.采取化整为零,分环节批量作业的方式,有效保证了单回路管道安装的速度和质量;过程中通过各类创新与发明,以保证各最小单元焊接质量为基础,最终完成全部单回路管道安装.该技术为单回路管道安装创造了条件,大幅降低了光热电站建设的工期成本.

Abstract

Taking a domestic 100MW parabolic trough type solar power plant as the background,improve the construction process,develop the installation tooling,and carry out pipeline assembly,welding and pressure test purging.The method of breaking the whole into parts and batch operation in different links is adopted to effectively ensure the speed and quality of single loop pipelines installation.Through various innovations and inventions in the process,the installation of all single circuit pipelines was finally completed on the basis of ensuring the welding quality of the smallest units.This technology has created conditions for the installation of single loop pipelines and greatly reduced the pressure on construction period and cost of solar power plants.
