THE CURRENT SITUATION AND COUNTERMEASURES OF PRICING AND PRICING METHODS OF GENERAL CONTRACTING PROJECTS
Pricing and pricing method is the key content of the implementation of the general contracting mode,and it is also an important factor affecting the promotion and application of the general contracting mode.first.This paper analyzes the pricing and pricing methods of general contracting projects in some provinces of China;Secondly,it focuses on the analysis of the Chinese situation of the general contracting mode;Thirdly,it analyzes the problems existing in the pricing and pricing methods of general contracting projects;Finally,it puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The research results of this paper have reference significance for popularizing China's general contracting mode and improving the general contracting project management level.
