地铁盾构区间端头加固TRD工法施工碴土置换率研究

临江富水粉细砂地层大直径盾构始发和接收井端头加固对加固效果有极高的要求,TRD渠式切割水泥土工法作为一种地层加固措施,有较好的加固效果,通过对TRD渠式切割水泥土加固工法的阐述,结合地铁大直径盾构区间端头加固工程实例,介绍TRD渠式切割水泥土墙的施工工艺及参数控制,对影响置换土的置换率主要因素进行分析,并通过理论公式计算得到理论置换率.与实际现场置换土方量对比,得出对TRD工法施工中有指导意义的理论结果,为后续工程施工组织提供借鉴经验.
STUDY ON MUCK REPLACEMENT RATE OF TRD CONSTRUCTION FOR END REINFORCEMENT OF SUBWAY SHIELD TUNNELING
Linjiang rich water powder fine sand formation large diameter shield starting and receiving well end reinforcement effect has high requirements,TRD canal cutting cement as a stratum reinforcement measures,has good reinforcement effect,this paper through the TRD channel cutting cement reinforcement method combined with subway large diameter shield interval end reinforcement engineering example,introduces the TRD channel cutting cement wall construction technology and parameter control.The main factors affecting the replacement rate of the replacement soil are analyzed,and the theoretical replacement rate is calculated through the theoretical formula.Compared with the actual site replacement volume,the theoretical results of TRD method are obtained,which provides reference experience for the subsequent engineering construction organization.
