上跨既有线路门式墩钢箱模板盖梁施工过程受力分析及线性控制

新建西法城际铁路乾县接轨段,以门式墩结构分别上跨西银客专、西平铁路;门式墩外侧设置永久钢箱模板替代盖梁模板支架,盖梁混凝土结构所有荷载均由钢箱模板承担,为有效控制盖梁结构安全及稳定性,采取分批次浇筑混凝土张拉预应力束,分级完成盖梁施工.利用有限元计算软件midas CiVil 2020和midas NFX 2017R1建立钢箱模板盖梁有限元模型,计算分析桥梁静力学性能,通过对节段拼装梁桥进行受力分析,得出不同工况结构受力分析,根据受力情况采取对应的施工措施,在保障既有线路运营安全的基础上,大幅节约工期,降低安全风险,可为类似桥梁结构计算提供参考.
STRESS ANALYSIS AND LINEAR CONTROL DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS OF STEEL BOX FORMWORK COVER BEAM FOR PORTAL PIERS OF OVERCROSSING EXISTING LINES
The newly built Qianxian connection section of the Xifa Intercity Railway will cross the Xiyin Passenger Dedicated Line and Xiping Railway with a gantry pier structure;Permanent steel box formwork is installed on the outer side of the portal pier to replace the support of the cover beam formwork.All loads on the concrete structure of the cover beam are borne by the steel box formwork.To effectively control the safety and stability of the cover beam structure,batch pouring of concrete is adopted to tension the prestressed tendons,and the cover beam construction is completed in stages.In the article,the finite element calculation software midas CiVil2020 and midas NFX 2017 R1 are used to establish a finite element model of steel box formwork cover beams.The static performance of the bridge is calculated and analyzed.Through force analysis of segmented assembled beam bridges,structural stress analysis under different working conditions is obtained.Corresponding construction measures are taken based on the stress situation,which greatly saves construction time and reduces safety risks while ensuring the safety of existing line operation,It can provide reference for the calculation of similar bridge structures.
