EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON GROUTING FOR WATER BLOCKING AND REINFORCEMENT BEHIND THE WALL OF A WEATHERED GRANITE HIGHWAY TUNNEL WITH RICH WATER CONTENT
Based on the engineering background of concrete cracking and leakage after the initial lining construction of a water rich and strongly weathered granite highway tunnel, and based on relevant literature and experience in the application of local grouting reinforcement technology in engineering, local grouting reinforcement and leakage blocking tests were carried out in the tunnel.Five sets of dual slurry material ratio conditions were designed, and the water stopping effect after grouting reinforcement was tested through construction preparation, grouting reinforcement, and abnormal situation handling. The results show that a grouting pressure of 3 MPa and a slurry material ratio of cement∶water∶water glass=1∶1∶1.8 can meet the local grouting sealing effect. In practical use,the effect is good, and using this ratio of grouting material can achieve rapid sealing of the tunnel and ensure the safe excavation of the tunnel.
