摘要

在现代高层建筑中,框架/剪力墙结构已较为普遍,电梯井道的施工也是楼层结构施工的一部分,目前,井道内的操作平台有的采用工字钢分段搭设式操作平台,有的采用通长钢管式电梯井操作平台.现以上饶华熙上旅城-雅尚(Ⅰ标段)项目为例,电梯井整体提升平台技术在项目中有所应用,具有施工效率高、操作简单、安全经济等优点,有效地缩短了工期.

Abstract

In modern high-rise buildings,frame/shear wall structure has been more common,the construction of elevator shaft is also a part of the construction of floor structure,at present,some of the operation platform in the shaft uses I-steel section type operation platform,some use the long steel pipe elevator well operation platform.Now the above Rao Huaxi Shanghai Travel City-Yashang(Section I)project as an example,the elevator well overall improvement platform technology has been applied in the project,which has the advantages of high construction efficiency,simple operation,safety and economy,and effectively shortens the construction period.
