建筑结构施工安全智能化监测关键技术研究

为提高建筑结构工程施工过程中安全信息的高效监测、整合利用,以某工程为研究对象,借助光栅纤维传感器、压电材料传感器、摄影及视频测量技术等新型传感设备,基于BIM技术、互联网与物联网、云计算与大数据等构建了施工安全智能化监测体系,实现施工全生命周期的智能监测、数据协同、安全管理和综合治理.研究结果表明,提出的新型传感设备监测方案以及施工安全智能化监测体系有效保障了结构施工安全监测的有效性和可靠性,提高了施工作业中的信息利用率,为施工安全管理和决策提供了良好的现实基础,并为施工安全的智能化、信息化建设起到了积极的作用.
RESEARCH ON KEY TECHNOLOGY OF INTELLIGENT MONITORING OF BUILDING STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION SAFETY
In order to improve the efficient monitoring and integrated utilization of safety information in the construction process of building structural engineering,the project of Nord Anglia Bilingual School in Jiaxing was taken as the research object,with the help of grating fiber sensor,piezoelectric material sensor,photography and video measurement technology and other new sensing equipment.Based on BIM technology,Internet and Internet of Things,cloud computing and big data,the construction safety intelligent monitoring system is built to achieve intelligent monitoring,data collaboration,security management and comprehensive governance of the construction life cycle.The research results show that the proposed new sensor equipment monitoring scheme and intelligent construction safety monitoring system effectively guarantee the effectiveness and reliability of structural construction safety monitoring,improve the information utilization rate in construction operations,provide a good practical basis for construction safety management and decision-making,and play a positive role in the intelligent and information construction of construction safety.
