摘要
通过分析上海某建设项目在地基施工中遇到的技术难题,在混凝土支撑拆除过程中研究并应用了金刚石绳锯无损切割混凝土支撑施工工艺,并对施工过程当中的划分原则、废水处理、外运途径、成品保护等问题提出了解决方案,形成了完善的金刚石绳锯切割深基坑混凝土内支撑施工工艺.
Abstract
By analyzing the technical problems encountered in the foundation construction of Shanghai a construction project,paper deliberates and applies the construction technology of diamond wire saw nondestructive cutting concrete support in the process of concrete support removal,and puts forward its own solutions to the problems in the construction process,such as the division principle,wastewater treatment,outward transportation way,and finished product protection,a perfect construction technology of diamond wire saw cutting deep foundation pit concrete inner support has been formed.
