FORCE ANALYSIS ON CAP AND PILE FOUNDATION OF SMALL RADIUS AND LARGE TONNAGE WIDE BOX GIRDER ROTATING BRIDGE
In order to obtain the stress distribution of the upper and lower caps and pile foundation of the bridge constructed by the rotary method at different construction stages,The stress state of the upper and lower caps and pile foundations in different construction stages of the bridge constructed by the rotary method is studied by simulating the construction stages of pile foundation construction,cap construction,cap steel bundle tensioning and roll forward by using the large general finite element software ANSYS.The results show that the stress state of the upper and lower caps and pile foundations of the large-tonnage rotary bridge is greatly improved by the method of setting vertical and horizontal prestress on the caps,and the cracking of the upper and lower caps and pile foundations is avoided.Through calculation,the thickness of upper and lower bearing table is reduced and the excavation depth of foundation pit is reduced.At present,the project has been successfully opened to traffic,from theory to successful practice,which confirms the rationality and science of the design.It can be seen that the research results of this paper provide a reliable reference for the stress analysis of similar large-size caps and pile foundations.
