摘要

交通基建设施发展致使线路交叉的情况越来越多,新建线路下穿既有线路具有净空要求,在某些限制条件下就需要对既有线路的桥梁进行顶升以解决现有净高不足的问题.依托某分离式立交上跨荣乌高速公路工程,梳理桥梁顶升的主要内容,介绍桥梁结构整体顶升施工技术流程,归纳桥梁结构整体顶升施工技术的各项要点,并对桥梁结构整体顶升施工技术的全过程进行监测分析.通过应用本技术成功解决了某分离式立交上跨荣乌高速公路净空不足的问题,研究结果可对今后的桥梁维护与加固工作提供借鉴.

Abstract

The development of traffic infrastructure has led to more and more cross-over of lines,and the new lines have clearance requirements under the existing lines.Under certain restrictive conditions,it is necessary to jack up the Bridges of the existing lines to solve the problem of insufficient clearance.In this paper,based on a separate overpass over Rongwu Expressway project,the main work content of bridge jacking is sorted out,the technical process of the overall jacking construction of bridge structure is introduced,the key points of the overall jacking construction technology of bridge structure are summarized,and the whole process of the overall jacking construction technology of bridge structure is monitored and analyzed.By applying this technology,the problem of insufficient clearance across Rongwu Expressway on a separate interchange has been solved successfully.The research results can provide some reference for future bridge maintenance and reinforcement work.
