摘要
汉江特大桥是西安至十堰铁路的控制性工程,孔跨布置为(67+70+73+420+73+70+67)m斜拉桥+2 × 32m简支梁,其中边跨混凝土箱梁总长共285m,主梁采用钢桁加劲预应力混凝土箱梁,箱式采用单箱四室等高截面,中心处梁高3m,顶、底板宽度均为17m.采用钢管立柱支架现浇施工,针对中跨地质情况较差,跨中现浇梁钢管支架采用Ø1 m钻孔灌注桩基础桩的形式克服梁部超重荷载下基础沉降的问题.现浇支架采用分段预压形式,减少预压块的投入.通过计算支架变形、梁体预抬值,精确定位预埋件位置,使用定位架对预埋件精确定位,提高施工效率.
Abstract
Hanjiang Super Bridge is a control project of Xi'an to Shiyan railway.The hole span is arranged as(67+70+73+420+73+70+67)m cable-stayed bridge+2 × 32 m simple supported beams.The total length of the side span concrete box beams is 285 m.The width of the top and bottom plates is 17 m.In view of the poor geological condition of the middle span,the steel pipe support of the middle span cast-in-place beam adopts the form of Φ 1 m bored pile foundation to overcome the problem of foundation settlement under the heavy load of the beam.The cast-in-place bracket adopts the form of segmented preloading to reduce the input of preloading block;By calculating the deformation of the support and the prelift value of the beam body,the position of the embedded parts is precisely located,and the positioning frame is used to accurately locate the embedded parts and improve the construction efficiency.
