摘要

大面积高精度厂房预制桩软基处理面临复杂的挤土效应,且对施工控制措施要求高.基于滨海精密厂房软基处理项目,对软弱地基预制桩挤土效应及其施工控制措施进行总结.通过现场监测对软弱地基预制桩挤土效应进行分析,且对其施工重难点问题进行梳理,并总结出一系列的施工控制措施,可为软弱地基预制桩施工提供借鉴.

Abstract

The soft foundation treatment of precast piles in large area high-precision workshop is faced with complicated soil compaction effect and requires high construction control measures.Based on the soft foundation treatment project of Binhai precision workshop,the compaction effect of precast piles on soft foundation and its construction control measures are summarized in this paper.The compaction effect of precast pile on soft foundation is analyzed by site monitoring,and the key and difficult problems in construction are sorted out,and a series of construction control measures are summarized.The results can be used as reference for construction of precast piles on weak foundation in the future.
