锚杆止浆塞排气与稳压作用机理研究

为解决既有中空锚杆注浆饱满度不足、锚固效果差的难题,以锚杆止浆塞的止浆效果为优化目标,提出了一种新型的中空锚杆止浆塞.采用数值模拟方法系统研究了止浆塞的排气稳压机理,并详细分析了新型锚杆止浆塞的止浆效果.研究结果表明:新型止浆塞通过排气槽、闭气坎构造和内外塞的相对挤压实现排气稳压功能.在不改变现场施工工艺流程的前提下,解决了常规锚杆注浆过程中的排气稳压问题,保证了锚杆注浆密实度.
RESEARCH ON THE VENTING AND PRESSURE STABILIZING EFFECT MECHANISM OF PACKER
In order to solve the problem of insufficient grouting fullness and poor anchoring effect of existing hollow bolts,a new type of packers is proposed with the optimization goal of stopping slurry effect of packers,and numerical simulation method is used to systematically study the mechanism of exhausting and stabilizing pressure of the packer,analyzed the stopping effect of the new type of packers.The results show that:the new type packer realizes the function of exhausting and stabilizing pressure through the exhaust groove,the structure of closed can and the relative extrusion of inner and outer packers,which can solve the problem of exhausting and stabilizing pressure in the process of anchor grouting without changing the on-site construction process,and ensure the denseness of the anchor grouting.
