既有钢筋混凝土结构房屋加固技术研究

随着建筑结构服役时间的增长和侵蚀环境的作用,出现混凝土结构性能退化,或者结构使用功能发生改变,既有钢筋混凝土结构房屋需要加固.研究总结了目前钢筋混凝土结构房屋加固的常用方法及其优缺点,阐述了钢筋混凝土加固对结构承载力、构件刚度等方面的影响研究现状.最后,提出了几点钢筋混凝土结构加固的建议,供钢筋混凝土结构加固方案选择参考.
RESEARCH ON REINFORCEMENT TECHNOLOGY FOR EXISTING REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE BUILDINGS
With the increase of structural service time and the effect of environmental erosion,the performance of concrete structures deteriorates or the functional use of structures changes,existing reinforced concrete structures need to be reinforced.This study summarizes the commonly used methods and their advantages and disadvantages for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures,and elaborates on the current research status of the impact of reinforced concrete reinforcement on structural bearing capacity,component stiffness,and other aspects.Finally,several suggestions for the reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures were proposed for reference in the selection of reinforcement schemes for reinforced concrete structures.
