DESIGN OPTIMIZATION AND MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF FORMWORK-FREE SECONDARY STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
With the flourishing development of prefabricated construction, the frequent assembly and disassembly of prefabricated components and additional reinforcement measures are often encountered in the construction of secondary structures. This study proposes a novel method for the design of formwork-free secondary structures, aiming to reduce the construction cost of important elements such as structural columns, beams, and door frame columns, while enhancing structural strength and construction efficiency.Based on ABAQUS simulation analysis,it is found that the formwork-free design of secondary structures exhibits a more balanced stress distribution and smaller displacement and deformation under uniformly distributed loads and horizontal loads. This approach reduces the risk of structural damage caused by stress concentration.
