岩溶隧道精准帷幕注浆施工处治技术研究

福宜高速公路梁王山隧道施工过程中多次发生突泥涌水灾害,极大地增加了施工安全风险.本研究通过现场灾害调研、综合超前地质预报结果等,采用全断面精准帷幕注浆技术,精准加固岩体,精准地指导了后续设计施工.得出以下结论:(1)突泥涌水段的冒顶地质灾害体现为"多层富水、破碎软岩、陡倾裂隙密集、风化带"塌陷,塌陷空间形态呈柱状;(2)注浆中后期采用硫铝酸盐水泥,可注性较好,能有效控制浆液扩散半径,结实率高,能够有效地精准加固底层;(3)根据对帷幕注浆效果进行"注浆压力-注浆量-时间"曲线分析、抽样钻探检验和孔内成像检查结果,得出精准帷幕注浆施工效果良好,地层被加固密实、出水量在设计值以内、浆液结实率高等,施工效果良好,可为类似工程提供参考.
RESEARCH ON ACCURATE CURTAIN GROUTING CONSTRUCTION AND TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY OF KARST TUNNELS
During the construction of Liangwangshan tunnel of Fuyi expressway,sudden mud-surge water disaster occurred many times,which greatly increased the construction safety risk.In this study,through the on-site disaster research and the comprehensive results of the over-advanced geological prediction,we adopted the accurate curtain grouting technology in the whole section to accurately reinforce the rock body,which accurately guided the subsequent design and construction.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The geological disaster of the mud-surge section is reflected in the collapse of"multi-layer water-rich,crushed soft rock,steeply dipping fissures,weathering zone",and the collapse space is in the form of a column.(2)In the middle and late stages of grouting,hydrazine sulphate is used,which has better injectability,can effectively control the radius of slurry diffusion,has high solidity rate,and can effectively and precisely reinforce the bottom layer.(3)According to the results of P-Q-t curve analysis,sample drilling inspection and in-hole imaging inspection of the curtain grouting effect,it was concluded that the precise curtain grouting construction was effective,with the strata being strengthened and densified,the amount of water discharged within the design value,and the high rate of slurry consolidation,etc,which was effective,to provide reference for similar projects.
