高层住宅单片式钢板剪力墙施工技术

随着社会经济不断发展,超高层住宅应运而生,单片式钢板剪力墙作为主要承受水平剪力的构件开始逐渐应用在超高层住宅上,钢板墙既能保证超高层建筑在地震及风荷载作用下水平位移角符合设计规范,亦能减小墙体截面,增加使用面积.研究以工程实例为基础,简要介绍单片式钢板剪力墙的深化设计以及过程中施工质量问题,通过在工程实例中对钢板墙进行分析研究,以期为类似项目施工提供借鉴.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL MONOLITHIC STEEL PLATE SHEAR WALL
With the continuous development of social economy,super high-rise residential buildings came into being.Monolithic steel plate shear wall,as the main component bearing horizontal shear,has gradually been applied to super high-rise residential buildings.Steel plate wall can not only ensure that the horizontal displacement angle of super high-rise buildings under earthquake and wind loads meets the design specifications,but also reduce the section of wall and increase the use area.Based on engineering examples,this study will briefly introduce the deepening design of monolithic steel plate shear wall and the construction quality problems in the process.Through the analysis and exploration of steel plate wall in engineering examples,it can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
