摘要

空间网格结构由于其大跨度和良好的整体性,被广泛应用于大跨度工厂,大跨空间网格吊装分为分段吊装、高空吊装和整体吊装3种方式.研究介绍一种新型的吊装方法,即通过整体吊装法,将吊装物在场地的投影面上进行组装,再由起重机将其吊装至设计标高,这样既能降低高空作业的工作量,又能保证总体的施工质量.

Abstract

Space grid structures are widely used in large-span factories due to their large span and good integrity.The lifting of large-span space grids can be divided into three methods:segmented lifting,high-altitude lifting,and overall lifting.This study introduces a new lifting method,which is to assemble the lifting object on the projection surface of the site through the overall lifting method,and then lift it to the design elevation by a crane,This can not only reduce the workload of high-altitude operations,but also ensure the overall construction quality.
