CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF LARGE DIAMETER STONE DRILLING INTO PEBBLE LAYER OF REVERSE CIRCULATION CAST-IN-PLACE PILE
Construction of bored pile in block 01～09 of the first phase of the Chip City Science and Technology Innovation Base project in Jiangbei New district,Nanjing.According to the geological characteristics of the site,a new improved drill bit replacing the conventional reverse circulation drill can be cut and drilled,and can also contain large pebbles and clear the pile holes is designed.It effectively solves the problems such as the difficulty of drilling through the pebble layer and cleaning the slag,and the sticking of the large pebble,speeds up the construction progress,improves the construction quality,and produces good economic and social benefits.The technology has a wide application prospect in the drilling and cleaning construction of the pile machine in the thick large pebble formation.
