目前,在房屋建筑领域、古建筑修缮领域等应用三维激光扫描技术越来越受到关注且越来越广泛,对于基坑工程中土方量自动统计、施工变形监测等功能提高测量效率、施工进度、质量、安全等方面的管控,也逐渐充满了建筑领域.对于建筑业进入到智慧化阶段起到了推动作用,本项目通过三维扫描技术,在时间极度紧张、场区测设难度极高、工作量极大的情况下,高质量高速率完成原地貌测设工作,为项目建设的进度及成本管理作出了巨大贡献;三维扫描技术在依托江北区人民医院新建工程,结合工程发展现状和实际情况,采用三维扫描机器人进行原地貌测设工作.在实际应用中,此方法操作简便,大幅保证了测设质量,同时节省了人工管理成本.
RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF 3D SCANNING TECHNOLOGY BASED ON COMPLEX TERRAIN
At present,the application of 3D laser scanning technology in the field of housing construction,ancient building repair,and other fields is receiving more and more attention and is becoming more and more widespread.For functions such as automatic statistics of earthwork volume and construction deformation monitoring in foundation pit engineering,improving measurement efficiency,construction progress,quality,safety,and other aspects of control,it has gradually filled the construction field.This project has played a driving role in the intelligent stage of the construction industry.Through 3D scanning technology,the original terrain surveying and mapping work was completed with high quality and high speed in extremely tight time,extremely difficult site surveying and mapping,and extremely heavy workload.It has made a huge contribution to the progress and cost management of project construction;3D scanning technology relies on the new construction project of Jiangbei District People's Hospital,combined with the current development status and actual situation of the project,to use 3D scanning robots for in-situ appearance measurement and design work.In practical applications,this method is easy to operate,greatly ensuring the quality of measurement and setting,while saving labor management costs.
