基于杭州地铁9号线钱江路站—渔人码头站区间工程的实践应用,采用了在结构底板上构筑应急防护门后人工挖竖井拔除的方式,成功将地下结构底板下方遗留的H型钢清除.本工法克服了因作业空间小(表现为净空低场地狭小)带来的各种施工限制,有效控制了因地质条件差、地下水丰富、地下水土压力大故而存在潜在的风险,同时也保证了既有地下结构的安全,其可为类似工程提供了一种有效的解决方案.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF REMOVING THE LEGACY H-SHAPED STEEL IN THE LIMITED SPACE OF THE BUILT STRUCTURE IN THE SHIELD CROSSING AREA
Based on the practical application of the interval project of Qianjiang road station~Fisherman's Wharf Station of Hangzhou metro line 9,this paper adopts the method of manually digging the shaft after constructing the bottom of the structure,and successfully removes the H-shaped steel left under the bottom of the underground structure.This method to overcome the small working space(low clearance)of various construction restrictions,effective control because of the poor geological conditions,rich groundwater,groundwater soil pressure and potential construction risk,but also ensure the safety of both the underground structure,provides an effective solution for similar engineering.
