摘要

随着城市轨道交通领域的不断发展,盾构下穿既有结构已成为一种普遍现象,但对于既有结构的保护仍是盾构施工中的重点和难点,研究选取复杂地层中大直径盾构长距离下穿既有地铁线路的工程实例,简化计算模型,通过FLAC 3D有限差分软件进行三维数值模拟,从竖向变形、纵向扰动和围岩塑性变形3个方面进行研究,分析增加保护措施的最小范围,力求为其他类似工程提供参考依据.

Abstract

With the continuous development of urban rail transit,shield tunneling through existing structures has become a common phenomenon.However,the protection of existing structures is still a key and difficult point in shield tunneling construction.This study selects an engineering example of a large-diameter shield tunneling through existing subway lines for a long distance in complex strata,simplifies the calculation model,and uses FLAC 3D finite difference software for three-dimensional numerical simulation to analyze vertical deformation.Conduct research on three aspects:longitudinal disturbance and plastic deformation of surrounding rock,analyze the minimum range of increasing protection measures,and strive to provide reference basis for other similar projects.
