随着承接项目业态的变化多样,设计结构造型变化也越来越多;超长悬挑结构也越来越多.高空超长悬挑结构模板工程和脚手架工程势必成为工程施工的重难点.研究结合多个项目悬挑长度、悬挑梁截面尺寸、操作空间预留等多方面的因素进行了分析;项目基本采用支撑架和脚手架共用悬挑主梁的方案,结合措施结构深化,品茗安全技术以及方案落地;解决了多个项目的超长悬挑结构施工的难点,同时确保了超长悬挑结构的施工质量和安全.
RESEARCH ON THE CLASSIFICATION OF OVERHANGING MAIN BEAMS FOR ULTRA LONG CANTILEVER SUPPORT FRAMES
With the diversity of project formats,there are also more and more changes in the design struc-ture and shape;There are also increasing numbers of ultra long cantilever structures.The formwork and scaffolding engineering of high-altitude and ultra long cantilever structures will inevitably become the key and difficult points of engineering construction.The study analyzed factors such as the length of overhanging beams,cross-sectional dimensions of overhanging beams,and reserved operating space from multiple projects;the project basically adopts the scheme of using support frames and scaffolding to share the cantilever main beam,combined with the deepening of measures and structures,safety techniques for tea tasting,and the implementation of the scheme;solved the dif-ficulties in the construction of ultra long cantilever structures for multiple projects,while ensuring the construction quality and safety of ultra long cantilever structures.
