砂浆试件强度与振捣时间关系的研究

摘要
砂浆试件较小、种类多,砂浆试件制作标准增加了难度,进而砂浆试件28 d的标养强度不能很好反映材料的真实强度情况,尤其对于使用不同品种较多的项目,砂浆试件不合格会带来诸多不便,研究分析了在砂浆试件制作中最重要的振捣因素对砂浆试件强度的影响状况,进而找出规律,避免更多的试件不合格.
Abstract
The mortar test block is relatively small and has many types.The production standard of the mortar test block increases the difficulty,and the standard maintenance strength of the mortar test block 28 d cannot well reflect the real strength of the material.Especially for projects with many different varieties,unqualified mortar test block will bring great trouble.The influence of the most important vibration factors on the strength of mortar test blocks is studied and analyzed,and then the law is found to avoid more unqualified test blocks.
