生物医药厂房结构施工安全风险管控

以坪山生物医药产业加速器园区项目结构施工为例,针对装配式群体结构在施工过程中主要存在的安全隐患进行了识别和判断,介绍了相应的安全管理措施和创新技术,主要包括群塔作业及各类安全防护措施.经项目实际应用,采用的管理措施和技术手段,在满足现场安全施工的前提下,达到了节约成本的功效.在施工过程中大体量地使用装配式施工技术,实现了已使用的材料可达到多次周转使用的目的,具有绿色环保、安全可靠等特点,更好地保证了本工程施工的顺利进行,可为类似工程提供借鉴.
SAFETY RISK CONTROL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BIOPHARMACEUTICAL FACTORY BUILDING STRUCTURES
Taking the structural construction of the Pingshan biomedical industry accelerator park project as an example,this paper introduces corresponding safety management measures and innovative technologies for identifying and judging the main safety hazards that exist in the construction process of prefabricated group structures,mainly including tower operation and various types of safety protection measures.After practical application in the project,the management measures and technical means adopted have achieved cost savings while meeting the requirements of on-site safety construction.The large-scale use of prefabricated construction technology during the construction process enables the use of materials that can be reused multiple times,with characteristics such as green environmental protection,safety and reliability,which better ensures the smooth progress of this project construction and can provide reference for similar projects.
