应用于路缘石的清水混凝土制备及保护技术研究

摘要
清水混凝土应用于路缘石,易受水蒸气、二氧化碳和紫外线等的侵蚀破坏而影响混凝土的使用寿命与装饰作用.通过外加填充纤维及对骨料改性等方法重新设计并浇筑新型清水混凝土(NFC),配合改良后的保护剂(IPA)共同使用,达到提高清水混凝土性能及耐久性的目的.本研究提出的NFC+IPA适用于路缘石,提升路缘石强度的同时不易因外界条件而出现脱皮、开裂的问题.
Abstract
Fair faced concrete is used in kerb,easy to water vapor,carbon dioxide and ultraviolet erosion and affect the service life and decorative effect of concrete.Therefore,the new clean water concrete(NFC)is redesigned and poured,combined with the improved protective agent(IPA),to improve the performance and durability of clean water concrete.The NFC+IPA proposed in this study is applicable to kerbs,which increases the strength of kerbs and is not prone to peeling and cracking due to external conditions.
