依托广州市某安置房项目规划和建设建筑废弃物回收处理生产线,并根据拟接收项目的特点,制订该生产线的设计方案.该生产线通过应用干分类自动化筛分系统,对比纯人工分拣而言,能够实现建筑固体废弃物的高效分选,在分选完毕后,结合再生砖、再生混凝土等再生产品的工艺要求,可实现高值化产品的生产,从而实现建筑废弃物的回收利用,其取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益.
ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION SOLID WASTE RECYCLING AND TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY
The construction waste recycling and treatment production line is planned and constructed based on the resettlement housing project in Guangzhou City,and the design of the production line has been formulated according to the characteristics of the project to be received.The production line is designed by applying dry sorting automated sieving and screening.By applying the dry sorting automated screening system,the production line is able to realize efficient sorting of construction solid waste compared with pure manual sorting,and after the sorting is completed,combined with the process requirements of recycled products such as recycled bricks and recycled concrete,the production of high-value products can be realized,thus realizing the recycling of construction waste,and obtaining good social and economic benefits.
