CALCULATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF STEEL TUBULAR CONCRETE CAST-IN-PLACE FLOOR STRUCTURE
A project adopts a concrete cast-in-place floor structure, and the formwork support process replaces the traditional formwork support process with a steel pipe truss structure, and designs 6 standard section steel pipe truss structures of different sizes for different room sizes. The structural mechanics solver was used to calculate the stress of the truss structure when pouring the concrete floor slab, and the analysis of the results showed that the bearing capacity of the 3 700 mm standard section structure could not meet the design requirements. After the optimization scheme was proposed, the three schemes were analyzed and compared, and it was concluded that the scheme with the best economic benefit of increasing the wall thickness of the steel pipe was obtained.
