SIMULATION AND TEMPERATURE FIELD ANALYSIS OF LAYERED POURING OF COMPOSITE STEEL PLATE SHEAR WALL
Due to the high height of steel plate concrete composite shear wall in the scientific research park of Xiong'an New Area Innovation Research Institute,and the requirement that the strength grade of ordinary concrete should reach C50 and above,the falling height of concrete is too high,which is easy to produce segregation and affect the quality of the project.Therefore,the construction method of layer-by-layer pouring and layer-by-layer vibration is simulated.Under this method,the temperature field of the wall cannot be obtained by theoretical calculation.Therefore,based on ABAQUS2021,the finite element simulation is carried out,and the Hetval subroutine is written to accurately simulate the hydration heat release process of concrete.The temperature field of concrete hydration heat release of composite steel plate shear wall under layered pouring measures is obtained,which provides technical support for the smooth completion and delivery of the project.
