摘要
结合工程实例,详细介绍采用预制空腔模壳进行二次结构构造柱、圈梁等构件进行支模施工工艺,成功解决模板支设难度大、质量控制难度大等传统砌筑工程施工难点.通过具体工程的应用,体现二次结构预制空腔模壳砌块免支撑施工技术施工便捷及成本节约的特点,具有较好的经济社会效益.
Abstract
Based on engineering examples,this paper introduces in detail the construction technology of secondary structural columns,ring beams and other components by using prefabricated cavity mold shells,and successfully solves the difficulties of traditional masonry construction such as difficult formwork support and quality control.Through the application of concrete projects,the characteristics of construction convenience and cost economy of secondary structure prefabricated cavity shell block without support construction technology are demonstrated,and it has good economic and social benefits.
