屋盖大跨度钢梁安装施工关键技术分析

清华大学新土木馆屋盖为大跨度钢梁,采用大型起重机械高空吊装的施工技术.屋盖钢结构受场地条件影响较大,故采用高空吊装施工,按照场地条件划分区域安装屋盖大跨度钢结构.针对该工程实际情况,采用现场拼装整体吊装的施工方法,保证屋面大跨度钢梁施工质量与安全.从起重机工况分析、钢结构吊装、测量校正、钢结构焊接等方面对钢结构施工进行研究,得出适用于大跨度钢结构施工方案.
ANALYSIS OF KEY TECHNOLOGY FOR INSTALLATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF LARGE-SPAN STEEL BEAM OF ROOF
The roof of the New Civil Engineering Hall of Tsinghua University is a large-span steel beam,which adopts the construction technology of large hoisting machinery high-altitude hoisting.The roof steel structure is greatly affected by the site conditions,so the overhead hoisting construction is adopted,and the large-span steel structure of the roof is installed according to the site conditions.According to the actual situation of the project,the construction method of on-site assembly and integral hoisting is adopted to ensure the construction quality and safety of large-span steel beams on the roof.The steel structure construction is studied from the aspects of crane working condition analysis,steel structure hoisting,measurement correction,steel structure welding,etc.,and the construction scheme applicable to large-span steel structure is summarized.
