旋挖成孔桩基础施工质量监控的信息化技术

通过在旋挖钻机上安装深度和倾角传感器,配合5G网络传输,将传感器收集到的数据自动传输到信息化管理平台的处理软件上,可实现在机载终端、电脑端、手机端上,实时查看当前施工现场各个钻机钻具的中心平面偏差、深度、斜度三项主控质量数据,实现旋挖成孔灌注桩质量监管的智能化、信息化.此技术减少人为因素对施工质量的影响,降低因质量问题造成的经济损失,降低监管强度,减少管理人员需求,节约人力成本.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR QUALITY MONITORING OF ROTARY DRILLING PILE FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION
By installing depth and inclination sensors on the rotary drilling rig,combined with 5G network transmission,the data collected by the sensors can be automatically transmitted to the processing software of the information management platform.It can be realized on the onboard terminal,computer end,and mobile end,and the center plane deviation,depth,and inclination of each drilling rig and drilling tool on the current construction site can be viewed in real time,achieving intelligent and information-based quality supervision of rotary drilling hole grouting piles.This technology reduces the impact of human factors on construction quality,reduces economic losses caused by quality issues,reduces regulatory intensity,the demand for management personnel,and saves labor costs.
