混凝土箱梁平面钢筋绑扎装置研究

通过黑箱法研究了一种带有水平送丝机构的绑扎装置和一种送丝导槽具有开合功能的绑扎装置,对绑扎装置模型进行了动作仿真,并在实验室环境进行了多次试验.结果表明:采用智能绑扎装置可以代替人工完成钢筋节点的绑扎动作;送丝导槽具有开合功能的绑扎装置受钢筋直径影响较大,绑丝消耗量较大;带有水平送丝机构的绑扎装置绑扎的节点更符合现场施工要求.可见,绑扎装置具备广泛应用于各类工程平面钢筋绑扎施工的条件,在高空、地下等有人身危险的作业条件下更具优势,该装置可改变传统人工绑扎作业模式.
RESEARCH ON BINDING DEVICE FOR REINFORCEMENT OF CONCRETE BOX BEAM BOTTOM
A binding device with a horizontal wire feeding mechanism and a binding device with a wire feeding groove opening and closing function were studied using the black box method.The binding device model was simulated and tested multiple times in a laboratory environment.The results show that the use of intelligent binding devices can replace manual binding of steel bar nodes;The binding device with the opening and closing function of the wire feeding guide groove is greatly affected by the diameter of the steel bar,resulting in a high consumption of binding wire;The nodes bound by the binding device with a horizontal wire feeding mechanism are more in line with on-site construction requirements.It can be seen that the intelligent binding device has the conditions for wide application in various types of engineering flat steel bar binding construction,and has advantages in working conditions such as high altitude and underground where there is personal danger.This device can change the traditional manual binding operation mode.
