建筑外围护结构最佳保温厚度研究

针对北方地区建筑热工分区以及各地区太阳能分布情况,以拉萨、西安、北京及哈尔滨为代表的4个区域进行研究.确定适宜各区的窗户形式以及换气次数,在保证墙体材料一致的基础上改变建筑外保温层厚度,得到建筑能耗值随建筑外保温层厚度的变化曲线.通过规范给定的各区域的限定热指标值计算出各区域保温阈值的下限,同时建筑保温降低的能耗值通过标煤为媒介将其转化成能耗削减收益,与建筑保温材料的投资费用年值相比较,得出其经济区域.最后得出适合各区域经济性的最佳保温层厚度阈值.
STUDY ON THE BEST INSULATION THICKNESS OF BUILDING ENVELOPES
This paper selects four regions represented by Lhasa,Xi'an,Beijing and Harbin for the research on the thermal partition of buildings in the northern region and the distribution of solar energy in various regions.Determine the window form suitable for each area and the number of air changes,ensure that the thickness of the outer insulation layer of the building is changed on the basis of consistent wall materials,and obtain the curve of the building energy consumption value with the thickness of the outer insulation layer of the building.Calculate the lower bound of the insulation threshold of each zone by standardizing the defined thermal index values of each zone,and convert the energy consumption value reduced by building insulation into energy consumption reduction income through the standard coal,and invest in building insulation materials.The annual value of the cost is compared to the economic area.Finally,the optimal insulation thickness threshold is obtained for each region's economy.
