摘要
随着土地利用率的不断提高,既有建筑保护涉及到的内容越来越多,做好既有设施保护具有重要意义.以某项目箱涵保护施工为例,通过分析排桩+系梁+预制盖板保护、地基处理+条形基础+预制盖板保护、单侧暗埋悬臂式挡墙保护3种箱涵保护方案,对既有箱涵施工重难点进行分析并制订相应处理措施,阐述了全护筒钻孔灌注桩、袖阀管注浆地基加固、暗埋挡墙施工主要工艺流程及施工要点,可为类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
With the improvement of land utilization,more and more content is involved in the protection of existing buildings,and it is of great significance to do a good job in the protection of existing facilities.Taking the box culvert protection construction of a project as an example,by analyzing three types of box culvert protection schemes,namely row pile+tie beam+prefabricated cover plate protection,foundation treatment+strip foundation+prefabricated cover plate protection,and unilateral buried cantilever retaining wall protection,the major difficulties of the existing box culvert construction are analyzed and the corresponding treatment measures are formulated,and the main technological processes and construction points of the construction of full casing bored pile,sleeve valve pipe grouting foundation reinforcement and buried retaining wall are expounded,which can provide reference for similar projects.
