污水处理厂的海绵化改造技术探析

在城乡水务一体化改革进程中,南方某水务集团因地制宜,创新探索海绵城市建设新模式,在污水处理厂改造和扩建中紧扣海绵化设计主题,深度融合"双碳"绿色发展理念、"科技+"文化教育理念,污水处理厂对CODcr、TP、NH3-N和TN的去除提升率分别为9%、48%、5%、43%,海绵设施对雨水中CODcr、TP、NH3-N、TN去除率分别达67%、67%、81%、72%,较好控制了雨水径流对受纳水体的污染影响;生态湿地对污水厂出水中CODcr、TP、NH3-N、TN的年削减量分别为6570kg、72kg、85kg、530kg,有效削减了污水厂出水的污染物排放量,成功打造了江南水乡"海绵式"污水处理厂新样板.
TRANSFORMATION AND PRACTICE OF A SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IN NEW MODEL OF SPONGE CITY CONSTRUCTION
In the process of the reform of the integration of urban and rural water affairs,a water group in southern China has innovatively explored a new model of sponge city reconstruction and expansion according to local conditions,closely followed the sponge design theme in the transformation of sewage treatment plants,and deeply integrated"double carbon"green development concept and"technology+"cultural educational concepts.The improvement rates of CODcr,TP,NH3-N and TN removal by the sewage treatment plant are 9%,48%、5%、43%.The removal rates of CODcr,TP,NH3-N and TN in rainwater by sponge facilities reached 67%,67%,81%,and 72%respectively,which significantly controlled the pollution impact of rainwater runoff on receiving water bodies.The annual reductions of CODcr,TP,NH3-N,and TN in the effluent from the sewage treatment plant by ecological wetland are 6570kg,72kg,85kg,and 530kg respectively,effectively reducing the pollutant discharge of the effluent from the sewage plan.A new model of sponge city construction was successfully created according to conditions of Canal Towns in South of the Yangtze.
