STRUCTURAL RESEARCH ON STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF PREFABRICATED UNDERGROUND COMPREHENSIVE PIPE GALLERY
Steel-concrete composite wall is formed by pouring concrete into steel structure.The steel structure is able to prevent cracks and corrosion in concrete.The inner concrete increases load capacity of the wall by imposing out-of-plane constraints.Taken design requirements,field and geological conditions of one comprehensive pipe gallery function zone as an example,this paper conducted structure design,load calculation and strength check.Based on ABAQUS finite software,segmental full-scale model of steel-concrete pie gallery was established and performance of steel-concrete structure under load was analyzed.The simulation results showed maximum overall deformation and maximum stress of structure chunking under double load was 0.48 mm and 23.97 MPa respectively.The structure met the design requirements and had a high margin of safety.
