基于"节点-场所"模型的轨交站点与土地空间一体化研究

摘要
工程结合邯郸市轨道交通1号线万达商场站片区建设现状,基于"节点-场所"模型理论,得出相应结果.根据建立的"节点-场所"模型,通过结果评价万达商场站点空间场所价值略高于节点价值,但整体上仍处于较为平衡的状态中.可见站点空间利用相对领先于轨道交通建设,所以需要深度加强节点价值的研究开发.
Abstract
Based on th"Node-place"model theory,the project combines the current construction situation of Wanda Shopping Center of Handan Rail Transit Line 1 with the corresponding results.According to the"Node-place"model,the value of space and place of Wanda Mall site is slightly higher than the value of node,but it is still in a relatively balanced state.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of node value.
