摘要
建筑项目EPC总承包模式是一种集设计、采购、施工于一体的工程管理模式,旨在提高工程建设效率和降低成本.为保证建筑项目的顺利实施,设计建筑项目EPC总承包模式下的工程造价控制措施.在研究EPC总承包项目管理流程的基础上优化组织形式,通过计算建筑项目的承包特征量实现建筑项目工程设计与管理.试验结果表明,在A、B、C 3种不同的建筑项目中应用造价控制措施,可以保证实际造价不超过预期造价,且后续建筑项目能够顺利实施.
Abstract
EPC general contracting mode of construction project is a project management mode integrating design,procurement and construction,aiming at improving the efficiency of project construction and reducing costs.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of construction projects,the project cost control measures under EPC general contracting mode of construction projects are designed.Based on the study of EPC general contracting project management process,the organization form is optimized,and the engineering design and management of construction projects are realized by calculating the contracting characteristics of construction projects.The experimental results show that the application of cost control measures in three different construction projects,A,B and C,can ensure that the actual cost does not exceed the expected cost,and the subsequent construction projects can be implemented smoothly.
