APPLICATION RESEARCH ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF KARST BRIDGE PILE FOUNDATION
The special geological conditions of karst landforms in Guangxi region,including karst caves,underground rivers,hidden lakes,stalactites,and stalagmites,have a particularly serious impact on bridge pile foundations.Good treatment of karst caves and the integrity of pile foundations are key aspects of bridge quality control in the entire linear engineering.The quality of bridge pile foundation determines the overall stability and safety of the bridge.Using reasonable construction techniques and karst cave treatment methods to improve the qualification rate and construction efficiency of pile foundation in karst bridges,while achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
