摘要

盾构管片上浮对成型管片质量控制影响巨大,上浮急剧地段会造成管片严重错台、破损、渗漏水等质量问题,影响隧道运营期间正常使用和安全.结合济南地铁3号线某区间盾构隧道运营期间管片上浮应急处置工程实例,经分析研究管片上浮形成原因,形成一系列控制管片上浮施工技术.经过现场施工操作,表明该控制技术对管片上浮控制效果明显,可为类似地质条件下工程应急处理施工提供参考.

Abstract

Upward lifting of the shield segment has great influence on the quality control of forming segment.The rapid rising section will cause serious misalignment,damage,leakage and other quality problems.It seriously affects the normal use and safety of the tunnel during operation.Combined with the emergency treatment project of segment floating during the operation of shield tunnel in a Section of Jinan Metro Line 3,analysis and study segment buoyancy formation reasons,formed a series of control segment floating construction technology.Prove that the control technology of segment buoyancy control effect is obvious verified by field actual construction.It has good reference value for similar emergency treatment engineering.
