摘要

使用现有混凝土对钻孔灌注桩进行灌注时,常因混凝土中含砂率偏小、和易性欠佳等因素造成混凝土堵塞导管,导致混凝土灌注中断,若重新灌注混凝土时,则钻孔灌注桩混凝土内会存在浮浆夹层,造成断桩.研究从水下花岗岩混凝土的原材料选择及检验、室内组分设计、室外搅拌站拌合验证、施工现场首根灌注桩灌注施工验证及实施效果5个方面进行超百米深灌注桩水下花岗岩混凝土制备进行详细阐述.

Abstract

When the existing concrete is used to inject the bored pile,the concrete often blocks the pipe due to the factors such as low sand content and poor workability in the concrete,resulting in the interruption of the concrete pouring.If the concrete is reinjected,there will be floating slurry interlayers in the concrete of the bored pile,resulting in the broken pile.This paper focuses on the preparation of underwater granite concrete from five aspects:raw material selection and inspection of underwater granite concrete,indoor component design,mixing verification of outdoor mixing station,and construction verification and implementation effect of the first cast-in-place pile on the construction site.
