既有公共建筑节能改造分析

摘要
既有公共建筑具有系统复杂、能耗大的特点,对于既有公共建筑的节能改造不仅可以有效降低建筑能耗,还可以改善建筑外部环境和内部健康舒适度.推动既有公共建筑的节能改造,可以能切实提升公共建筑能效水平.以某学校教学楼为例,开展建筑物外墙、屋面、门窗等外围护结构的节能诊断,提出适合该教学楼的专项节能改造方案,以期为类似工程提供参考.
Abstract
Existing public buildings have the characteristics of complex system and high energy consumption.The energy-saving renovation of existing public buildings can not only effectively reduce building energy consumption,but also improve the building external environment and internal health comfort.Promoting the energy-saving renovation of existing public buildings can also effectively improve the energy efficiency level of public buildings.This paper takes the teaching building of a school as an example,carries out the energy-saving diagnosis of the external walls,roofs,doors and Windows of the building,and puts forward the special energy-saving renovation scheme suitable for the teaching building,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
