高速公路可变标志LED平均发光强度离散性分析研究

为进一步提高高速公路可变标志发光均匀性,研究利用LED分布光度计对同批次4种不同颜色单粒LED的平均发光强度进行检测,可通过采用平均值、标准差、变异系数和不均匀度等对数据进行计算,基于计算结果,分析不同颜色LED平均发光强度的稳定性,并进一步探讨LED平均发光强度检测过程中的影响因素及控制措施.研究结果表明:在进行产品质量控制和可变标志的验收检测过程中,应根据国家标准规定加强对同批次单粒LED的检测,通过数据分析评价同批次LED平均发光强度的离散性和不均匀度,以保证可变标志发光单元的发光均匀性.
DISCRETE ANALYSIS OF THE AVERAGE LUMINOUS INTENSITY OF VARIABLE-SIGN LED ON HIGHWAY
In order to further improve the highway changeable signs luminous uniformity,this study uses the LED distribution photometer to detect the average luminous intensity of the same batch of four different colours of single-grain LEDs,using the average,standard deviation,coefficient of variation and unevenness of the data calculation,based on the results of the calculations,analysis of the stability of the average luminous intensity of different colours of the LEDs and to further explore the average luminous intensity of the LEDs.Luminous intensity testing process and control measures.The results of the study show that:in the process of product quality control and acceptance testing of changeable signs,according to national standards should be strengthened in the same batch of single-grain LED testing,through the data analysis to evaluate the average luminous intensity of the same batch of LED dispersion and inhomogeneity,in order to ensure that the uniformity of light emitting changeable signs light-emitting units.
