摘要

研究以抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性为主要指标,分析了不同掺量硅灰、粉煤灰、矿渣粉等活性矿物掺合料对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的海工应用影响.试验显示,单掺硅灰、复掺硅灰和粉煤灰、复掺硅灰和矿渣粉对大掺量矿物细粉RPC的抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性具有较好的作用,以粉煤灰取代部分水泥、硅灰,既能取得较好的耐久性能,抗压强度损失随之减少,同时还可进一步降低工程应用成本,故其具有一定的工程借鉴意义.

Abstract

Using compressive strength and chloride ion permeability as the main indicators,the influence of different amounts of active mineral admixtures such as silica fume,fly ash,and slag powder on the marine application of reactive powder concrete(RPC)was studied.The research results indicate that single addition of silica fume,composite addition of silica fume and fly ash,composite addition of silica fume and slag powder have a good effect on the compressive strength and chloride ion permeability of high content mineral fine powder RPC.Replacing some cement and silica fume with fly ash can not only achieve good durability,but also reduce compressive strength loss,and further reduce engineering application costs,which has certain engineering reference significance.
