摘要

为保证玻璃幕墙在高层建筑工程中的施工质量,研究以天马大厦为例,结合该建筑的设计情况及玻璃幕墙设计方案,确定玻璃幕墙的施工工艺流程,并按标准完成玻璃幕墙的施工.在静态压力作用下,采用检测装置测试玻璃幕墙的气密性,试验结果表明:研究采用的施工工艺具备较好的施工效果,可保证玻璃幕墙的气密性,试验后玻璃幕墙的整体透气量为32.62 m3/h,单位面积透气量0.35 m3/(h·m-2).

Abstract

To ensure the construction quality of glass curtain walls in high-rise building projects,this study takes Tianma Building as an example,combines the design situation of the building and the glass curtain wall design scheme,determines the construction process of glass curtain walls,and completes the construction of glass curtain walls according to standards.Under static pressure,the airtightness of the glass curtain wall was tested using a detec-tion device.The test results showed that the construction technology used in the study had good construction effects and could ensure the airtightness of the glass curtain wall.After the test,the overall air permeability of the glass cur-tain wall was 32.62 m3/h,and the unit area air permeability was 0.35 m3/(h·m-2).
