沉箱底芯模新型支撑体系施工技术应用与研究

随着港口码头的大型化、深水化发展,沉箱尺寸越来越大,沉箱多采用分层预制,其中底芯模支撑体系采用底部大盘及吊装架结构,吊装架上部、下部均通过连接器与底芯模板片连接,底芯模安装需要在特制的拼装架预拼装成形后,采用型钢焊接加固工艺,且模板拆除过程中底部大盘与混凝土粘接,故拆除难度大.拆除时需要用千斤顶拆除底部大盘,其工艺烦琐、施工效率低、安全风险高.本研究沉箱预制施工,对传统沉箱底芯模施工工艺进行了优化创新,实现沉箱底芯模结构优化、安装拆除工艺创新,极大地提高了施工效率和质量,降低了施工成本和安全风险,可为日后此类工程提供借鉴.
RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF NEW SUPPORT SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR CAISSON BOTTOM CORE FORMWORK
With the development of large-scale and deep-water ports and docks,the size of caissons is getting larger and larger.Caissons are mostly prefabricated in layers,and the bottom core formwork support system adopts a bottom large plate and lifting frame structure.The upper and lower parts of the lifting frame are connected to the bottom core formwork through connectors.The installation of the bottom core formwork requires pre assembly and forming on a specially designed assembly frame,and then using steel welding reinforcement technology,During the template removal process,the bottom plate is bonded to the concrete,making it difficult to remove.Ajack is required to remove the bottom plate,which is a cumbersome process,low construction efficiency,and high safety risk.The prefabrication construction of the caisson in this project has optimized and innovated the traditional construction technology of the caisson bottom core mold,achieving structural optimization of the caisson bottom core mold and innovative installation and removal processes,greatly improving construction efficiency and quality,reducing construction costs and safety risks,and providing reference experience for future construction of such projects.
