摘要

常见的木模板和铝合金模板在施工过程中存在一些问题,而定型化拼装式铝框木塑早拆模架体系解决了木模板刚性差、易变性以及铝模板通用性不高、铝模导热快等缺陷.该面板比金属模板透气性好,结构面层气泡少,整体质量可达到免抹灰标准.结合早拆设计,选用不同材质的面板提高了模板的周转使用效率,故该体系适用性强.

Abstract

The common wooden formwork and aluminum alloy formwork have some problems during the construction process,but the standardized assembly type aluminum frame wood plastic early dismantling formwork system solves the problems of poor rigidity and variability of wooden formwork,low universality of aluminum formwork,and fast thermal conductivity of aluminum formwork.This panel has better breathability than metal templates,fewer bubbles in the structural surface layer,and the overall quality can meet the standard of no plastering.By combining early dismantling design and selecting panels of different materials,the turnover efficiency of the template has been improved,making this system highly applicable.
