RESEARCH ON INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY OF PREFABRICATED HOLLOW SHELL,UNSUPPORTED FORMWORK,AND VIBRATION FREE CONSTRUCTION COLUMN RING BEAM
The traditional secondary structure adopts a layered cast-in-place method for construction,which has problems such as difficulty in ensuring vibration quality,unstable appearance molding quality,poor compactness within the mold entry range,low construction efficiency,and high cost.Prefabricated non removable cavity formwork shells are used to splice into structural columns and ring beams,and connecting formwork shells are set at the intersection of the structural columns and ring beams.Self compacting concrete is lifted inside the formed structural columns and ring beam formwork shells to complete the integrated construction of structural columns and ring beams,solving the above-mentioned problems in traditional construction methods and having promotional value.
