自平衡支撑桁架预制装配式叠合板施工技术研究

叠合板竖向支撑体系通常采用扣件式排架满堂搭设,其占用了较多的空间,且由于数量众多,脚手架安拆较为烦琐,故其会影响施工进度;较多的脚手架也增加了周转费用,同时,在搬运过程也增加了一定危险性,因此研究提出自平衡支撑桁架预制装配式叠合板施工技术.在预制装配式叠合板底部沿跨度方向安装自平衡支撑桁架,自平衡支撑桁架将斜拉力转化为对叠合板的支撑力,其结构稳定、支撑效果好,仅需在叠合板底部较小空间进行安装,为叠合板下方施工提供了更多施工空间,故可在同类工程中推广应用.
RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF PREFABRICATED AND PREFABRICATED COMPOSITE PANELS WITH SELF BALANCING SUPPORT TRUSS
The vertical support system of laminated panels is usually built with buckle type scaffolding,which takes up a lot of space and,due to the large number,the installation and dismantling of scaffolding is more complicated,affecting the construction progress;A large number of scaffolding also increases turnover costs,and at the same time,it also increases certain risks during the transportation process.Therefore,a self balancing support truss prefabricated assembled composite panel construction technology is proposed.Install self balancing support trusses along the span direction at the bottom of prefabricated composite panels.The self balancing support trusses convert diagonal tension into support force for the composite panels,resulting in stable structure and good support effect;Installation only needs to be carried out in a small space at the bottom of the laminated board,providing a large amount of construction space for the construction below the laminated board,which is worth promoting and applying in similar projects.
